Schwartz has provided expert pension consulting services for over 40 years.  She is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  Barbara also has an MBA in Finance from UCLA.  Her consulting career has focused primarily on retirement plans, especially on design, structure, benefit calculations, government compliance and regulatory issues.
